AP Equity Properties, Ltd. (“The Company”) was created in 2004 to allow our clients a convenient way to invest in real estate. Our clients invest in commercial property individually, through their companies, or through their retirement accounts. This approach allows investors to diversify their investments through investment in numerous properties at one time and diversify their investment portfolios. The Company currently invests in commercial properties on a long term basis that are sufficiently occupied with a goal to provide our clients both current cash flow, a hedge against inflation and capital appreciation. Our focus is to continue to identify and acquire high quality core assets with attractive risk/return profiles and substantial value potential. In addition, our affiliates are also engaged in the development of Real Properties which will allow our clients to participate in the full cycle of Real Estate Investment.
In most cases (through our affiliates), we manage both the properties that we own, and those properties in whose ownership we participate.
Currently the Company is a Private Real Estate Investment Firm and is not listed on any public exchange.
